Oldtimerday a success

NBM 20 returned
The NBM 20 has returned to the museum line on Saturday, 30 May, after being on loan to the Netherlands Open Air Museum in Arnhem. The tram was unloaded at the GVB Havenstraat depot and then transferred via our track connection to the museum depot at Jachthavenweg.

The former HTM 1006, originally from Belgium, has undergone a bogie exchange in Aalsmeer: its Belgian narrow‑gauge bogies have been replaced with standard‑gauge ones. On 22 May, the car was transferred to the Lekstraat depot for the electrical wiring to be connected....
Film recordings
Motorcar 454 and trailercar 731 were used during recordings on a set in the Herculesstraat in Amsterdam. GVB 454 was restored in a livery that it had during the second World War.
Prague 352 departed
As previously announced, Prague car 352 and two Vienna trailers were collected on 13 May to be transferred to a tram museum in Ostravě (Ostrava).
