During a run in July 2024 on the Amsterdam network, GVB 464 was involved in a rear-end collision with one of the modern GVB trams.
Fortunately there were no injuries and although the modern tram escaped ant real damaged, 464’s balcony screen was dented.
The driver’s controller also became partially disconnected from the floor.
Repairs commenced in the first week of April 2026.
The car will also receive a general tidy-up.
