The restoration/reconstruction of the NBM 12 that is being carried out by the representatives of the Stichts Trammuseum has been suspended due to logistical restraints.
The body and truck have been temporarily reunited to save storage space, but traction motors are waiting to be added when time and space are available to carry out this work.
This tram is far from ready, but its brother, the NBM 20, has been active on our line for some time now, and is now on loan for the 2026 season to the Open air museum in Arnhem
This project is managed by Dr. J. van der Hurk, who is the “authority” on the subject of NBM trams and their restoration.
